​How can I contact my school or teachers?​
You can contact the school via the office email admin@blackwatershs.eq.edu.au. They can then provide any further contacts you may need (ie: principal, teachers etc). Email is the most efficient way to communicate with your teachers as they may not be able to take your call due to being on class.


How do I get my computer login details?

if you have attended a QLD state school, your MISID will follow you. If you are still uncertain, students can see the IT Technician or the office.

What do I do if I have a technical problem?​
Contact your classroom teacher or the office who can ​​help you.​​


How do I reset my password?
To reset your school password, you can email your teacher, the IT technician or the office.


What are the technical requirements for BYOx at school?​

What sort of internet plan will be needed in terms of usage?
​Whilst at school, students are to access the schools wifi. For use at home use/outside of school, unfortunately it is not possible to provide an accurate estimate on data usage as this depends on a number of individual factors. Check how much data you use in the first month and use this as a guide for data requirements.​
